During petroleum industry operations, burning flammable gas components in the flaring stacks is common, normally a symbol for stable production, but these creates harmful emissions environment. This has with high quantity of heating power, an important measurement that quantifies energy can potentially be obtained from this wasted resource. paper aims to evaluate usage gas, estimating possible produced usable resource by modeling treatment and generation process employing Aspen HYSYS® simulator. The characterized using different models compositional ranges natural know what kind it identify type equipment could used After characterization, selection necessary; done multicriteria analysis taking into consideration variables composition, electrical efficiency, economic performance, GHG emissions, ensuring generate greatest amount gas. By increasing LHV, 0.95 MMSCF flared oilfield VMM basin 5133 kW, enough supply power facilities four times total gross consumption model basin, while CO2 were reduced 11.4%, cost savings instead diesel obtained. In conclusion, minimize recover reuse waste components, looking alternatives use gas-like option reduces pollutants emission, gives new source fuel, usefulness
